Amit has a unique combination of management, sales, marketing, strategy, private equity and M&A advisory experience, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for developing teams that excel. Amit’s vision for FPS is to create a new kind of performance-driven solutions company, one which puts culture and employees first.
Prior to founding FPS, Amit served as the President of Goji, the leading, online property and casualty insurance agency. Prior to Goji, Amit co-founded Staley Capital, a growth capital firm focused on technology-enabled business services companies, and was Chairman of Acclaris, a SaaS-based administrator of consumer-directed healthcare accounts, which was sold to Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW). Amit also served as COO/CFO of Affinity Express, and held leadership roles at ClickSquared (sold to Zeta Interactive), Compete (sold to WPP (LSE-AIM: WPP)), Yantra Corporation (sold to IBM (NYSE: IBM)), Proginet (sold to TIBCO), Digital Globe Services (NYSE: DGI) and Integreon. He began his career in M&A at Morgan Stanley (NASDAQ: MS) and in private equity at J.H. Whitney & Co.
Amit is a board director at Affinity X as well as The Nashoba Learning Group, a school dedicated to helping people with autism realize their potential. Amit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A., cum laude from Yale University in Ethics, Politics & Economics.

Steve Kezirian

With extensive experience dedicated to developing and training high-functioning teams, Steve firmly believes that heavy investment in people delivers exceptional business results.
Prior to founding Full Potential Solutions, Steve served as the CEO of Goji, the leading online property and casualty insurance agency in the US. Before Goji, Steve was CEO of IBEX Global Solutions (LSE-AIM: IBEX), a provider of outsourced contact center solutions with a focus on complex, technology-intensive applications. With over 12,000 employees across 23 locations in six countries, IBEX provided services to a diverse range of clients, from small- and medium-sized enterprises to the Fortune 50. Prior to IBEX, Steve served as COO of CG Technologies.
Steve began his career in executive management at Tickets.com (sold to Major League Baseball Advanced Media), where he led business development and ultimately call center and customer service operations, and Sprint, where he managed the Telesales organization. In addition, Steve consulted at McKinsey & Co., advised companies on mergers & acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and invested private equity at J.H. Whitney.
Steve is currently a Board Director at Goji and Waterfield Technologies, a leading enterprise software and professional services firm providing Voice and Mobility solutions for organizations globally. He formerly served as Director of Multiband (NASDAQ: MBND, sold to Goodman Networks) and Proginet (NASDAQ: PRGF, sold to TIBCO). Steve holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jason Kibilko
SVP, Systems, Reporting & Analytics
Jason has 18 years of experience in contact center operations, software development, reporting, and technology. Jason's work in contact center operations began when he joined Sprint. During his 11 years at Sprint, Jason began working in a call center in Florida as an agent and subsequently developed applications and reporting to support day-to-day operations. His work drew the attention of leadership, which resulted in him being relocated to the company headquarters in Overland Park, KS. At HQ, Jason built sales and reporting applications for the Telesales organization globally (approximately 8,000 agents).
In 2012, Jason moved to IBEX Global Solutions (LSE-AIM: IBEX) serving as Vice President of Global Software, Reporting, and Analytics, when he architected applications designed to bring transparency to agent and company performance. In addition, Jason managed the development of other business and contact center platforms such as Workforce Management, Performance Management & Coaching, Dialer & CRM, HRIS, Infrastructure Monitoring, Timekeeping, and Payroll.
